Ingredients:
Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Red Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Garam Masala, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Dehydrated Ginger

Dietary Information:

Soak pack 1 in 60 ml hot water for 5 minutes. In a kadai/wok, heat 1 tbsp ghee, fry the paneer/tofu/chicken until cooked, drain and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in the same kadai/wok and add pack 2; let crackle.

Add pack 1 and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and cook further until soft. Add some water and continue cooking. Add all vegetables and mix well, cover with a lid and cook it until half done. Add butter, and pack 3 with a splash of water and cook them properly. Add cooked paneer/tofu/chicken and cook further for 2-3 minutes.

Finish it with coriander leaves. serve with roti or rice.

1/2 Green Pepper, cut into chunky strips

Onion 55g cut into large strips

100 g Paneer/Tofu/Chicken/Lamb/Potatoes cut in 1.5 inch strips

50g Tomatoes chopped and 50g cut into large strips

25g *Green peas

6-8 nos. *Green beans cut into large pieces

75g *Carrot cut into large pieces

30g * Cauliflower cut into large pieces
