Returns and Refunds:

​If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Spice Genie, you may return the products within fourteen days from the date you received the items.

Please be aware that gift vouchers and sale items are exempt from our return policy.

Returns cannot be accepted for unsealed goods due to health or hygiene concerns if the seal has been removed, nor for items in sealed packaging once the seal has been opened.

Upon confirmation of your return request, kindly send the products to:

Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned products. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

You may also be eligible for a refund or compensation if you are returning items due to any of the following reasons:

(a) we have informed you about an upcoming change to the product that you don't agree with;

(b) we have notified you of an error in the price or description of the product you ordered and you choose not to proceed;

(c) there is a risk of significant delays product supply due to unforeseen events;

(d) we have had to suspend the supply of the products; or

(e you have a legal right to a refund because the products are faulty or not as described.
